Job Description
Provides leadership and supervision for a team of professional and non-professional staff, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care and fostering collaborative relationships with community agencies.
Works with management to develop agency services, handles staff recruitment, onboarding, caseload assignments, and performance evaluations. Ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing regulations.
Supports clinical planning, staff education, quality improvement initiatives, and problem-solving. Acts as backup for clinical director and manages staffing coverage, including on-call, weekends, and vacations.
Promotes professional behavior, effective communication, confidentiality, and adherence to policies. Maintains current clinical skills and participates in staff development.
