Seeking licensed RNs for a 110-bed inpatient psychiatric facility in Virginia, serving adult and geriatric patients with mental health needs.

Work as part of a dedicated team providing individualized, recovery-focused care, utilizing nursing processes, pharmacology knowledge, and understanding of psychiatric and social needs.

Responsibilities include evaluating, supervising, documenting, and guiding staff performance, with skills in delegation and counseling.
