Remote Behavioral Health Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Provider to join a multidisciplinary team in a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Assess and treat patients with mental health and behavioral needs through individual, group, and family therapy, both onsite and via telehealth.

Collaborate with primary care providers for integrated care planning, diagnosis, and treatment of behavioral health concerns.

Support patients in managing chronic conditions and improving coping skills.

Conduct screenings, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to confidentiality standards.

Work within an integrated, patient-centered, trauma-informed care model.

Qualifications: Master’s degree, license or license-eligible, experience preferred, strong assessment and communication skills, and willingness to work in a hybrid setting.
