Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Endocrinologist to provide telehealth consult services primarily to diabetic patients in rural Arizona, working mostly remotely with support from onsite mid-level team members.


  • Conduct patient consultations, diagnostics, and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Monitor and adjust medications; perform procedures like thyroid biopsies or insulin pump management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members; stay current with endocrinology advancements.
  • Work in various settings including nursing homes and home care via telehealth platform.

    • Requirements include a medical degree, board certification, and an active state license.
