Seeking a Residential Counselor (Behavioral Care Specialist) 2nd shift (3:00PM-11:30PM) at a Camden, NJ facility for adolescents.
Earn $26/hr ($24.50 + $1.50 SD) with full benefits including 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, one year of youth care experience, physical ability to perform restraints, and CPR/First Aid certification.
Responsibilities include establishing supportive relationships, supervising youth, implementing daily routines, behavior management, programming, transportation, and documentation.
Must pass background checks, participate in trauma-informed care, and complete required training.
