Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, community-focused Rheumatologist for a full-time outpatient role based in the Buffalo Southtowns. The ideal candidate will prioritize clinical excellence, collaborative care, and advancing population health.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care for adult patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Oversee on-site infusion suite, ensuring patient safety and treatment protocol adherence.
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty colleagues for coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Educate and support patients and families managing chronic conditions.
• Participate in community health initiatives and improve access to specialty care for underserved populations.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with call as needed.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Rheumatology.
• Eligible for NY medical licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to community-based care.
• Supervising infusion services experience preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $250,000–$300,000, commensurate with experience.
