Job Description
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care, ensuring high-quality services aligned with Minnesota standards and residents’ rights.
Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop personalized care plans.
Implement and monitor nursing interventions, evaluating outcomes to improve resident well-being.
Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with safety, privacy, and infection control standards.
Perform specialized tasks such as IV and PICC line care, and provide resident education.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications include an approved nursing program, current Minnesota RN registration, CPR certification, and experience in skilled nursing or assisted living.
