The RN Day Nurse Supervisor leads daily operations, ensuring quality resident care by developing and updating care plans, monitoring resident health, managing medication and staff supervision, and maintaining compliance with regulations. They coordinate communication with families, staff, and physicians, participate in on-call leadership, and uphold high standards of service. Requirements include RN licensure, at least two years of supervisory and long-term care experience, CPR certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
