Job Summary:
Our RN Day Nurse Supervisor leads exceptional resident care, embodies our mission of caring and spirituality, and collaborates with leadership and external partners to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Functions:
– Oversee daily operations, develop and update care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor residents’ health.
– Manage medication administration, incident reports, and supervise staff.
– Perform administrative duties, track quality metrics, and communicate with residents, families, and staff.
– Participate in on-call leadership, assist in staffing coverage, and uphold service standards.
– Adapt to resident needs with flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications:
– RN license with at least 2 years supervisory and long-term care experience.
– CPR certification, strong communication, leadership, and computer skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle physical demands, and respond to emergencies.

Work Conditions:
