Essential Functions include managing daily operations, developing care plans, supervising staff, ensuring quality and compliance, handling administrative duties, communicating with residents and families, participating in on-call leadership, and maintaining high service standards. Flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications required: RN license, 2+ years supervisory experience in healthcare, strong communication, problem-solving skills, computer proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements include moving, lifting, and emergency evacuation assistance.

This full-time role offers a salary of $39/hour, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more. Location is in Grand Rapids, MI, with a requirement to relocate before starting.
