Job Summary:
Leading the delivery of compassionate, holistic care inspired by our spiritual foundation, the RN Day Nurse Supervisor manages daily operations, ensures compliance with regulations, develops and reviews resident care plans, and supervises staff. They communicate with residents, families, and staff, coordinate clinical concerns, and uphold service excellence. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and leadership, including participation in on-call rotations.

Qualifications:
Licensed RN with a current license, minimum two years supervisory experience in healthcare or long-term care, CPR certification, strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Must be able to handle physical and emotional demands, work flexible hours, and relocate to Grand Rapids, MI.
