Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality resident care.

Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Develop policies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Support staff development through guidance and education.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans, including home services.

Utilize electronic health records and conduct patient assessments.
