Seeking a dynamic RN Clinical Manager with mental health or psychiatric experience to lead a compassionate Behavioral Health Team in scenic Kalispell, MT.

Our facility offers 40 inpatient beds for clients with mental health or substance abuse issues, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of leadership experience, clinical expertise in psychiatric or mental health care, and a BSN (Master’s preferred). Certifications like RQI and specialty credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities include providing operational leadership, managing staff, ensuring quality and compliance, driving safety initiatives, and fostering team collaboration.
