Seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to lead a dedicated Behavioral Health Team in a scenic Montana setting.

Our facility provides acute inpatient services with a 40-bed capacity, offering mental health and substance abuse treatment through a collaborative team of psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and technicians.

Ideal candidates have ≥3 years of leadership experience in mental health or critical care, a BSN (Master’s preferred), current RN license, and relevant specialty certifications.

Responsibilities include providing operational leadership, managing staff, ensuring compliance, promoting quality care, and fostering a collaborative environment.
