Seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to lead a compassionate Behavioral Health Team in a scenic Montana setting.

This 40-bed inpatient facility provides acute mental health and substance abuse services, with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and therapists.

Lead and inspire staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Manage staffing, training, safety, quality improvement initiatives, and resource allocation.

Build strong relationships across departments to enhance communication.

Drive strategic initiatives and uphold organizational standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of leadership experience, clinical expertise in psychiatric or behavioral health, and current RN licensure. A BSN is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team development skills are essential.
