RN – Medical Clinic Supervisor

Job Description

Assume clinical responsibility and oversee nursing support staff, ensuring compliance with all clinical policies and standards set by state and federal regulations.

Regularly meet with staff, provide guidance, conduct training, and evaluate performance.

Lead the Quality Improvement Committee alongside the Medical Director, facilitating meetings, documenting outcomes, and updating policies.

Perform intake assessments, manage staffing, handle patient complaints, and assist with clinical policies.

Coordinate with the Clinical Informatics Manager to analyze quality data and support clinical training.

Qualifications include RN licensure with a BSN or ADN, and 2-5 years of experience, preferably with supervisory background.

Pay ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits such as 401(k), insurance, paid leave, and loan repayment.

Work is in person and may require travel.
