RN Night House Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Clinical Coordinator to provide nursing leadership and management coverage during nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure facility standards are maintained.

The role involves providing patient care oversight, serving as a resource and consultant for nursing staff on clinical and operational issues, and supporting compliance and risk management efforts.

The coordinator will promote positive relationships with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred), RN license issued by the Kansas State Board of Nursing, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, Conscious Sedation, and NIH Stroke Scale. 1-3 years of nursing experience is required; supervisory experience is recommended.
