Job Description

We are seeking a passionate RN Nurse Manager to lead our Long Term Care community.

Our Evergreen Living Center is a CMS 5-star rated facility awarded the Bronze Quality Award. The role involves overseeing nursing staff, managing resident care, ensuring compliance with standards, and collaborating with medical teams.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, performance evaluations, quality assurance, developing care plans, conducting resident assessments, and addressing family and resident concerns.

Qualifications include RN licensure, ACLS certification, strong communication skills, and 1-3 years LTC experience (training available). Flexibility, positive attitude, and team collaboration are essential.

Work schedule options are 3 12-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts, with periodic on-call duties.
