Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager for a skilled nursing facility in Ithaca, NY, offering up to $45/hour with shift differential.

This full-time, temp-to-hire role features a Monday–Friday day shift schedule, overseeing resident care and nursing operations.

Key responsibilities include providing 24/7 RN oversight, supervising licensed nurses and CNAs, conducting assessments, developing care plans, monitoring residents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and participating in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications include NY RN license, BLS certification, at least 1 year of nurse management experience, and 2 years’ SNF experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
