We are seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead our Home Care team, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, conducting patient assessments, managing medical documentation, coordinating care plans, overseeing medication administration and infection control, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Ideal candidates have leadership experience in healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, and a background in home health or community-based care, especially with diverse populations such as geriatrics and dementia patients.
Offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus, pay between $42.00-$44.00/hour, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
Required: RN license. This is an in-person role with a 40-hour workweek.
