We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Home Care team, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Lead and supervise nursing staff, coordinate care, and develop individualized care plans. Oversee patient assessments, medication administration, and infection control protocols. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support staff training and development. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in home health or community settings, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, and a strong nursing background across specialties such as geriatrics and dementia care.
