Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Home Care team, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

Lead and supervise nursing staff, oversee assessments, vital signs, and physical examinations.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, maintain accurate medical records, and develop individualized care plans.

Manage medication administration, infection control, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Support staff training, hiring, and ongoing education to promote safety and excellence.

Coordinate care for diverse populations, including geriatrics, dementia, and behavioral health.

Maintain healthcare standards and assist in managing multiple cases.

Requirements include RN licensure, leadership experience in healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR/EHR, and experience with diverse patient populations.
