Seeking an experienced RN for a full-time Resident Care Manager role in an adult family home in Snohomish, WA.
Lead a small, compassionate care team to provide high-quality, personalized care to medically fragile residents. Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee daily care operations. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff in a cozy, family-like environment. Require WA RN license, CPR certification, 2+ years clinical RN experience, and trach/ventilator expertise; preferred experience in adult family homes and knowledge of relevant regulations.
