Job Description

Seeking an experienced RN for a full-time Resident Care Manager role in an adult family home in Snohomish, WA.

Lead a small, compassionate care team to ensure high-quality, individualized care for medically fragile residents.

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, oversee care operations, and maintain compliance in a cozy 6-8-bed setting.

Provide mentorship, uphold clinical standards, and foster relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications: Active WA RN license, CPR certification, 2+ years clinical RN experience, and 1+ year trach/ventilator experience. Preferred: adult family home experience and knowledge of relevant regulations.
