Position: RN Supervisor

Overview: Lead a team of LPNs and CNAs, providing quality care aligned with Christian values. This role emphasizes building relationships with residents and fostering a supportive work culture without mandates or rigid policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Oversee nursing staff to ensure proper resident care and staff training.
• Develop work assignments, monitor care quality, and participate in resident and family orientation.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders and maintain good interdepartmental communication.
• Participate in shift reporting and review resident care plans.

Qualifications: Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania; experience preferred but not required as training is provided.

Work Environment: Involves direct resident care, occasional emergencies, and exposure to health risks. Flexibility to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
