Seeking qualified RN or LPN with a current license to supervise nursing staff in a long-term care setting.

  • Lead and support a team of LPNs and CNAs, ensuring residents receive respectful, Christ-centered care.
  • Administer medications, monitor care plans, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Develop work assignments, train staff, and ensure compliance with physician orders and care standards.
  • Participate in resident orientation, oversee direct care, and foster interdepartmental collaboration.

    • Requires completion of an accredited nursing program; experience preferred but not mandatory.
