Seeking a compassionate RN Hospice Supervisor to lead and support a dedicated interdisciplinary team in a patient-focused environment.
Oversee daily hospice operations, ensure high-quality care, and maintain compliance with regulations. Manage hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Support clinical problem-solving and assist with patient referrals and documentation. Lead quality improvement efforts and monitor financial performance. Maintain clinical competence and provide hands-on patient care when needed. Collaborate with leadership to address patient concerns and enhance care experiences. Qualifications include Montana RN license, leadership experience, and hospice or home health background preferred. Full-time, 40 hours/week, with some field support and on-call rotation.
