We are seeking a compassionate RN Hospice Supervisor to lead our interdisciplinary hospice team.
Provide daily operational oversight ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth team functioning. Hire, coach, evaluate staff, and manage performance and scheduling. Support clinical problem-solving, review documentation, and assist with patient referrals. Lead compliance, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness efforts. Maintain clinical competence with hands-on support when needed. Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to policies and standards. Coordinate with leadership to enhance patient experience and address concerns. Requirements include Montana RN license, leadership experience, and hospice or home health background.
