RN Supervisor-Nightshift

Job Description

This full-time nursing leadership role involves overseeing and supervising nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility. The schedule is 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, three days per week, with rotating weekends and holidays, offering a shift differential of $3.50/hour.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, administering medications and IV therapy, conducting resident assessments, supervising staff, and addressing operational issues.

Requirements: RN license in PA, at least one year of long-term care experience, CPR certification, and experience with medication administration and IV therapy.
