Job Description

This full-time nursing leadership role involves supervising all aspects of resident care in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The position offers a shift from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM three days per week, including rotating weekends and holidays, with a $3.50/hour shift differential.

Requirements include a valid PA nursing license, at least one year of long-term care experience, CPR certification, and proficiency in administering medications and IV therapy. Responsibilities encompass overseeing nursing staff, conducting resident rounds, developing care plans, and ensuring quality care delivery.
