Job Description
This full-time nursing leadership role involves supervising nursing care at a skilled nursing facility in Indiana, PA, with a schedule of 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM, three days per week, including rotating weekends and holidays.
**Position Details:**
Oversee and ensure compliance with all regulations governing resident care.Supervise nursing staff, including L.P.N.s and Nursing Assistants.Conduct resident rounds, manage IV therapy, and administer medications.Assist with assessments, care plans, scheduling, and staff training.Report supply needs and maintain compliance with health regulations.**Qualifications:**
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with PA licensure.At least one year of long-term care experience.Current CPR certification.Experience with IV therapy and medication administration.**Benefits:**
