Job Description
Seeking a full-time RN supervisor for a skilled nursing facility in Indiana, PA, working 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM three days weekly with rotating weekends and holidays.
**Shift differential of $3.50/hour applies**.
**Responsibilities include:**
Overseeing and supervising nursing care for residents, ensuring compliance with regulations Developing and maintaining resident assessments and care plans Making daily rounds and addressing operational issues Administering IV therapy and medications Supervising LPNs and Nursing Assistants Assisting in staff training, scheduling, and disciplinary actions Adhering to all health and safety regulations**Requirements:**
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with PA license At least one year of long-term care experience CPR certification Experience with IV therapy and medication administration**Benefits include:**
