Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RN or Certified Surgical Technician with strong leadership skills to oversee daily surgical operations at our office-based surgical suite in the Savoy-Champaign area.
Manage surgical flow, safety, and regulatory compliance in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Lead and train a team of surgical techs, nurses, and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and team collaboration.
Assist during surgeries and coordinate schedules, inventory, and equipment needs.
Maintain a patient-focused, calm environment while promoting safety and efficiency.
Require at least 3 years OR experience, leadership background, and an active RN or CST license; ophthalmic experience is a plus.
