Job Description
This RN – Team Coordinator role involves overseeing patient care and supervising nursing staff in an acute care setting, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based practices.
Under supervision, responsible for patient care, staff coordination, and quality improvement initiatives. Practices autonomously within professional standards, regulatory rules, and organizational policies. Collaborates with staff to ensure compliance, resolve issues, and promote safe, competent care. Serves as a role model, mentor, and resource, supporting staff development and retention. Participates in education, shared governance, and process improvement projects. Communicates effectively across interdisciplinary teams and families. Requires a valid RN license, relevant clinical experience, and certifications like BLS and ACLS. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred. Shift is day, with rotating weekends; no travel required.
