RN Team Lead-Wound Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (Day Shift) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This full-time, permanent position offers a 6:00 am – 2:30 pm schedule with competitive pay of $44.00 – $48.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care
• Completing wound assessments, dressing changes, and implementing new orders
• Administering medications and monitoring resident progress
• Collaborating with care team members to support residents’ recovery goals

Qualifications:

• Current Washington RN license
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate approach
• Dependable, team-oriented, with prior long-term care or rehab experience preferred
• Wound Certification is a plus
• BLS certification required
