RN Unit Manager

Job Description

The Unit Manager oversees clinical services on the skilled nursing unit to ensure quality resident care in compliance with policies, reporting to the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities include managing assessments, communication, audits, and compliance, with potential oversight of other units.

Requirements include an active RN license, CPR certification, background checks, TB testing, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Fluency in English is essential.
