Job Description

The Unit Manager oversees clinical services on the skilled nursing unit to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

  • Reports to the Director of Nursing and may supervise other units or sectors.
  • Focuses on clinical customer service, assessments, communication, audits, and compliance.
  • Requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and passing background, drug, and health screenings.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and communicate effectively in English.

    • This full-time position offers pay between $40.00 – $45.00/hour, with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.


    Preferred experience includes 3+ years in nursing and BLS certification. Candidates should be willing to relocate to Camp Verde, AZ, and work in person.
