Key duties include:
- Overseeing nursing services and staff management
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies
- Monitoring patient care plans and progress
- Conducting staff evaluations and supporting performance improvement
- Assisting with discharge planning, documentation, and infection control
- Handling complaints and assessments of residents’ nursing needs
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term or geriatric care
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proven supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
