• Overseeing nursing services and staff management
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies
• Monitoring patient care plans and progress
• Conducting staff evaluations and supporting performance improvement
• Assisting with discharge planning, documentation, and infection control
• Handling complaints and assessments of residents’ nursing needs

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term or geriatric care
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
