RN Unit Manager; Full-time, rotating weekends

– Oversee nursing services, develop care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance
– Support and evaluate nursing staff
– Monitor patient progress and assist with discharge planning
– Maintain infection control and review staff documentation
– Address staff grievances and ensure personalized resident care

**Qualifications**
– Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term or geriatric care
– Current CPR certification and proven supervisory skills
– Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities
– Must meet state licensing requirements and have no disciplinary actions
