As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee nursing services, support staff, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor patient care, and contribute to discharge planning and documentation.

Qualifications include an accredited RN degree, active license, CPR certification, supervisory experience, and at least 2 years in long-term or geriatric care.
