Oversee nursing staff, develop care plans, and ensure compliance with regulations. Provide guidance, conduct staff evaluations, and support discharge planning. Maintain infection control standards and monitor resident progress. Qualifications include an active RN license, BSN, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term or geriatric care.
