Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager with a pay range of $36-$41/hour and a sign-on bonus up to $7,500.
Shift: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 7a-3p or 4 days of 10-hour shifts, with on-call rotation.
Job Overview: The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) leads subacute and long-term care units by ensuring high-quality patient care, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance. Acts as the primary liaison for residents, families, and healthcare teams to deliver compassionate care.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing nursing care and daily operations
- Developing and updating care plans
- Supervising staff and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Addressing family concerns and facilitating communication
- Providing hands-on care and medication administration
- Collaborating with healthcare providers on resident care
Qualifications: Current NY RN license, experience in long-term care preferred, strong decision-making, communication skills, and physical ability to lift 20+ pounds.
