Job Description

Seeking a reliable *Weekend RN Supervisor* for a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing staff during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
  • Ensure resident safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the clinical decision-maker, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with providers.
  • Support medication management, documentation, and infection control.
  • Address staffing, operational issues, and incident reporting in real time.
  • Promote teamwork and professionalism across shifts.

    • Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, prior supervisory or weekend experience preferred, and strong assessment and leadership skills.
