We are seeking a reliable *Weekend RN Supervisor* to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.
*Key responsibilities include:*
Providing supervision to nursing staff (LPNs and CNAs) Overseeing daily operations and ensuring resident safety and care quality Making clinical decisions and communicating with healthcare providers Supporting medication management, documentation, and infection control Addressing staffing and operational issues in real-time Participating in incident follow-up and promoting teamwork*Qualifications:*
Current RN license in NM Experience in long-term care and supervisory roles preferred Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills*Benefits include:*
