RN Weekend Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Ensure safe, high-quality resident care and compliance with regulations.

Supervise nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and act as the clinical decision-maker.

Monitor resident conditions, support medication management, and handle staffing issues.

Participate in incident reporting and promote teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications: Current RN license in NM, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience. Strong assessment and communication skills required.
