Seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

• Part-time role working Saturdays and Sundays, with hours discussed during interview.
• Oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Act as the clinical decision-maker, monitor resident conditions, and support medication and infection control practices.
• Address staffing needs, handle operational issues, and ensure proper documentation and incident follow-up.
• Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience.
