Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Socorro, NM.

• Schedule: Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday), hours discussed during interview
• Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality resident care, acting as the clinical decision-maker, monitoring resident conditions, managing medication and documentation, addressing staffing needs, and promoting team professionalism
• Qualifications: Current NM RN license, prior supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred, strong assessment and communication skills, background in long-term care is a plus
