RN Weekend Supervisor

Job Description

Seeking a dependable *Weekend RN Supervisor* to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts.

Provide supervision to nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs.

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality, compliant resident care.

Act as the clinical decision-maker and main contact on weekends.

Monitor resident conditions, support medication management, and ensure accurate documentation.

Address staffing needs and operational issues in real-time.

Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.

Qualifications: Valid RN license in NM, prior supervisory or long-term care experience preferred, strong clinical and leadership skills, excellent communication.
