Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.

  • Provide supervision and support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee daily operations, monitor resident conditions, and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
  • Manage medication, documentation, and infection control practices.
  • Address staffing needs, incidents, and operational issues in real-time.
  • Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability across shifts.

    • Qualifications: NM RN license required; supervisory or weekend experience preferred; strong assessment and decision-making skills; experience in long-term care advantageous.
