RN Weekend Supervisor

Job Description

Seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Oversee nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Act as the clinical decision-maker, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with providers.

Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing needs.

Promote teamwork and professionalism across weekend shifts.

Qualifications: Current RN license in NM, prior supervisory or long-term care experience preferred, strong assessment and communication skills.
